As the
Remote Account Manager,
you will support the Field Account Management Team to sell Agilent Technologies products, solutions and services through outbound and inbound sales activities.
This will include Chromatography (LC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS), Spectroscopy (Atomic and Molecular) instrumentation, as well as Lab informatics and Cell Analysis solutions such as microplate readers, washers and imaging systems.
In this position, your daily tasks will include:
Identify and develop sales opportunities with both new customers (business development) and existing customers (up-sell/cross-sell).
Drive tech refresh campaigns in collaboration with the field Account Management Team.
Support and coordinate the full sales cycle, from pre-sales through to delivery, installation, and setup.
Manage complex and technical discussions with customers while liaising daily with internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with designated Field Account Managers, handling transactional business for their accounts, including quoting, order entry, and related administration.
Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in coordination with internal stakeholders.
