About our team

Meet the Core Services team. We operate as an integrated team where our team members combine Platform Owner responsibilities, Application Provider duties, and deep technical SME expertise to deliver and maintain foundational infrastructure services, ensuring our customers can safely access our banking services 24/7. Our team is geographically spread across the Nordics and Poland, and we rely on a high level of daily virtual collaboration as one of our core ways of working.

What you'll be doing

Main responsibilities in this role:

Platform Strategy Leadership: Define platform vision, strategy, and roadmaps for all Core Services platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, DNS/DHCP) while managing stakeholder requirements and engineering backlogs

Compliance & Risk Ownership: Maintain full accountability for compliance management, risk oversight, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence across all platform services
