This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Benefits Manager to oversee and optimize our regional benefit programs. Based in Dublin and reporting to our US-based leadership, you will lead the implementation, day-to-day administration, and compliance of Okta's Total Rewards offerings across the EMEA region.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver with strong business acumen, capable of translating complex data into financial projections and actionable strategy. You must be an execution-focused leader who excels at managing multiple deadlines, building cross-functional relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of a global, matrixed organization.

What you’ll be doing

Deep Regional Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for complex, region-specific programs, particularly focusing on pension governance, healthcare trusts, and employee councils across EMEA.

Vendor Procurement & Governance: Own the full vendor lifecycle for regional insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators. Lead comprehensive onboarding, overseeing contract negotiations, security protocols, and data privacy reviews, while driving ongoing accountability through SLAs and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Strategic Administration & Integration: Manage the end-to-end administration of health, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives. Drive seamless data exchange between vendors, payroll, and internal HR platforms to minimize administrative friction and maximize data integrity.

Compliance, Risk & Benchmarking: Proactively monitor the EMEA regulatory landscape and conduct regular audits to ensure strict compliance with local laws. Conduct regional market research to ensure offerings remain highly competitive.

Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with EMEA Payroll, People Operations (POPS), Finance, and Legal to ensure flawless program delivery, accurate taxation, and cohesive alignment across G&A functions.

Data & AI Integration: Utilize Workday and ServiceNow to track and report on key metrics. Leverage AI tools to analyze plan utilization, forecast costs, and personalize employee communication.

Program Evolution: Challenge the status quo to streamline administrative burdens. Document, implement, and automate processes in close partnership with the People Operations team.

Employee Experience & Escalations: Act as the highest level of regional escalation for complex benefits inquiries, ensuring a high-touch, empathetic, and seamless experience for Okta employees.

Communication & Education: Act as a subject matter expert for the People & Places community, managers, and employees, ensuring clear, effective delivery of benefit updates and educational resources.

Global Strategy Alignment: Maintain the team’s global project portfolio via SmartSheets and assist with overarching global rewards strategy initiatives as required, ensuring EMEA is represented in global design.

What you’ll bring to the role

Experience: Degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience in a regional Benefits role within a multinational environment.
