ICT Architect, AI-Driven Development

At Veikkaus, we are fundamentally transforming our software engineering practices. Our mission is to build a truly AI-native development lifecycle (SDLC) from the ground up, focusing on rigorous, high-quality, and efficient outcomes - not just hype.

In this role, your central responsibility is to design, build, and evolve the processes and tools that will define the future of software engineering at Veikkaus. You will be a hands-on pioneer, working across the entire development lifecycle. The position is permanent and full-time.

This means you will:

Design and build our new engineering framework. You will be responsible for creating the core components of our AI-native SDLC. This is a hands-on role where you will build proof-of-concepts and pilot new tools and processes.

Act as a dedicated partner for our initial pilot teams, ensuring their success by providing the right tools, documentation, and hands-on support.

Turn standards into automated guardrails. You will work to transform our architectural standards and best practices from static documents into active, automated context. The goal is to create a system where AI agents and human developers are naturally guided to build things the "right way" because it's the easiest way.
