Program Manager - Defence Services Finland and Baltics

The role: Leadership with overall responsibility for project delivery and implementation

As Program Manager for the Finland and Baltic service team you will be a key member of management in the Defence Services Nordic organisation, which is responsible for executing projects in Scandinavia and the Baltics. In addition, you will be responsible for people management within the Finnish delivery team.

Your primary tasks will be:

overseeing multiple projects involving the deployment of SitaWare and Iris product suites

ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, schedule and quality while maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships

driving business development, including creating and scoping solutions, estimation and proposal writing

leading and developing a team of project managers, architects, test managers and engineers in Finland

managing recruitment, retention and professional development within the delivery team

supporting the expansion of Systematic's presence in both emerging and established markets

The team

You will be part of the Defence Services Nordic organisation, and will report to the Head of Nordic who has overall responsibility for our activities in the Nordic region. The team delivers services such as training, technical support for military exercises, guidance on optimum product use, quality assurance and the development of integration and extension modules.
