WORK TASK
We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join the ABB Drives Products division in Helsinki. In this role, you will support the order-to-delivery process for frequency converters and ensure that ABB's global sales units receive fast, accurate and high-quality support. You will act as an active link between customers and internal stakeholders, combining customer service, coordination and continuous improvement.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction and collaborative work with multiple internal teams. You will play a key role in making sure the order-to-delivery process runs smoothly and efficiently.
The position is a temporary assignment through Adecco, meaning Adecco will be your employer. The employment starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found and is valid until further notice.
Your main responsibilities:
Managing orders and resolving customer inquiries related to delivery schedules, logistics, export requirements and claims
Coordinating with ABB Drives' internal teams, including Production, Logistics, Sales, Forwarding and Trade Compliance
Supporting development activities by collecting feedback, creating guidelines for Local Sales Units and contributing to process improvement and standardization
