I’m writing to you because we’re looking for a new member to join our HR team — someone who is passionate about learning, development, and helping people grow. 🍀
In this role, you will step into a one-year parental leave substitution and play an important part in developing how we build competence at Prohoc. Depending on your background and experience, your role can be shaped to focus more on coordination or development — what matters most is your mindset and willingness to learn and contribute.
You’ll be working closely with our HR team and business stakeholders, supporting both everyday learning activities and longer-term development initiatives.
🧩 What would you do as an HR Specialist?
Plan and organize training sessions (both classroom and virtual)
Support and develop our onboarding and induction programs
Create and update learning materials together with internal experts
Work with our learning platforms (LMS), managing content and user experience
Support competence development, performance discussions, and related processes
Help us turn learning data into insights and improve our ways of working
🏆 This role is for you, if you:
Have a relevant educational background (e.g. HR, education) and interest or experience in learning & development.
Understand the basics of competence development, learning design, or HR processes (or are eager to learn!)
Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Enjoy working with people and collaborating with different stakeholders
Are curious about modern learning methods, digital tools, and how learning connects to business needs
Are fluent in Finnish and English.
