We are looking for a

Data Scientist

to join the Data & Analytics, Customer and Revenue team at Finnair.

As a Data Scientist, you will develop, productize, and maintain advanced and actionable analytics models that continuously improve and optimize performance in the Customer and Revenue functions at Finnair. You will work in close collaboration with business stakeholders and digital colleagues in the data, architecture, and platform teams.

For this position, we are especially interested in candidates with a strong interest and proven experience in working with customer data in a commercial context. The role offers a broad and flexible scope, potentially covering areas such as personalization, segmentation, pricing, web analytics, customer journey analysis, and other customer and retailing related use cases, depending on the candidate's expertise and interests.

The core responsibilities of the role focus on data science, data strategy, and the development of data and analytics capabilities.

Main responsibilities:Develop and deploy advanced analytics models to support performance and process improvements in the Customer and Revenue area.

Productionize and maintain machine learning solutions using CI/CD pipelines in a cloud environment (AWS).

Collaborate with business, data, and digital teams to ensure alignment between analytics solutions and business needs.

Promote a data-driven culture by advocating for analytics use and sharing best practices across the organization.
