Sales & Operations Coordinator
We are looking for a systematic and proactive Coordinator to support and structure Kelluu’s growing commercial operations. This role is at the heart of our customer work: you will ensure that sales processes, internal coordination, and customer interactions move forward reliably as we scale. You don’t need to be a seasoned sales professional yet, this role is designed for someone to learn through practical support and a tailored training program.
Your Day-to-Day:
CRM & Data Management: Take ownership of customer data being up to date in our CRM and coordinating sales reporting, ensuring the team has a clear view of the pipeline.
Sales Enablement: Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and summaries for customer meetings, demonstrations, and demanding tenders.
Process Coordination: Act as a key link between the sales team, technical engineers, and operations to ensure customer needs and our technical capabilities meet seamlessly.
Operational Support: Handle the practical side of sales, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring that preparations and follow-up actions are completed on time.
Process Building: Participate in building the internal tools and processes that will allow our sales coordination to scale globally.
