Kelluu produces high-resolution aerial data with autonomous airships. Its technology supports energy, infrastructure, environment, and defence sectors by providing continuous situational awareness and digital twins of the physical world. The company is building a persistent aerial monitoring network that operates globally.

Project and Financial Coordinator

The Mission

You will be the right hand to our Business Operations Lead, taking responsibility for project reporting and financial tracking. By keeping our finances and documentation sharp, you help the team stay focused on growth and meaningful commercial and technical progress.

Your Day-to-Day:

Manage the Books: Maintain project accounting, reconcile it with the general ledger, and handle cost-center tracking.

Fuel the Growth: Prepare payment applications for key partners like Business Finland, ELY Centre, Finnpartnership, and the EU.

High-Stakes Compliance: Our work involves exports and dual-use technology. Your attention to detail plays a key role in ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.

Co-pilot Operations: Work closely with our technical teams, sales, and partners to ensure every hour worked and every euro spent is accurately allocated.
