IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)

We’re looking for an

IT Project Manager

to join our Project Management Office team and help drive impactful business and technology initiatives at Telia.

What you’ll do:

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll lead business and technology initiatives in a hybrid environment that blends

Scaled Agile Framework

with

classical project management

. You will:

Lead cross-functional teams

in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and network-related projects.

Manage large-scale data migration

initiatives, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.

Oversee the deployment and upgrade

of network infrastructure

, including mobile networks and LAN/WAN environments.

Drive the implementation

of cloud solutions

, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure scalability and security.

Develop detailed

project plans, manage budgets, and track progress

against milestones.

Communicate effectively with

internal stakeholders and our external clients

at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Identify and mitigate

project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.

What will help you thrive in this role:

Passion to deliver the best project results and a sense of ownership, and personal commitment is a must for this position. You also need:

3-5 years

of experience managing medium to high complexity IT or telecom projects.

Strong

leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in

cloud platforms, network engineering projects, and data migrations.

Ability to

navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive clarity in ambiguity.

Fluency in

Lithuanian and English.

We would consider as an advantage:

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification; degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
