The mission As a Junior R&D Engineer, you will be part of our R&D team working hands-on in the lab with our materials and devices. In the beginning, your focus will be to learn how our materials behave by supporting experiments - fabricating solar cells, measuring their performance, understanding how to avoid failure modes, and helping to collect and structure data. You will work closely with more experienced engineers, gradually building your understanding of how materials impact device performance. Over time, you will take on more responsibility in experiments - analyzing results, contributing to improvements, and supporting the development of new materials. As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to experiment design and development projects, while continuing to deepen your technical expertise.
