We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Group Manager (parental leave cover) to take the Elovena® spoonables category to the next level. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have both strategic and operational responsibility for developing the category - from concept development to successful launches and scaling further growth. In this role, you will play an important part in making the category even more relevant, innovative and meaningful in consumers' everyday lives.

Your responsibilities:
Category Strategy
Define the long-term category growth strategy and innovation pipeline in collaboration with local teams.
Partner with local teams to optimize the mental and physical availability of the portfolio, driving penetration and growth.
Actively manage and optimize the product assortment.
Monitor the competitive landscape and market dynamics and respond proactively.
Project Leadership
Develop product concepts grounded in consumer insight.
Build business cases based on identified growth opportunities.
Lead new and existing product development projects from idea to launch, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Leverage market research and consumer data to support decision-making and ensure product-market fit.
