Job Description
Act as the main HR contact for colleagues in Finland.
Support the day-to-day operation of the business in all HR related administration.
Support managers with recruitment - proof reading JD's, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, administration of the recruitment system ensuring accuracy.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare all administrative documents related to people management: contracts, amendments, leaver documents, etc
Maintain up-to-date records for each colleague, including time/attendance reports.
Guide our line managers to manage in the UTAC way.
Promote the UTAC culture and values (Integrity, Expertise, and Innovation).
Support payroll activity each month.
Manage HR related payables in AP-system (Maestro NG)
