We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Financial Controller to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in group reporting and internal controls, financial administration, and controlling processes within an international organization.
In this role, you will oversee Citycon Group's iSOX audit process and support the Group Accounting team with administrative tasks, reporting, and data preparation. You will work closely with senior controllers and finance colleagues across the organization while developing your skills in financial analysis, consolidation, and reporting.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full annual iSOX audit process, including audit preparation, testing rounds, and year-end verification.
- Coordinate control walkthroughs and meetings with external auditors.
- Ensure timely delivery of iSOX audit materials and follow up on findings, remediation actions, and documentation.
Requirements
- Support the group reporting and consolidation process.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain and update financial data, templates, and repo
