About this role

Location: Warsaw, Poland Period: 6 months (the position may evolve to a full-time position after the internship) As an EMP Intern in Central and Eastern Europe, your role will be to support the EMP (Editorial, Marketing & Partnerships) team in their daily tasks: partnerships with digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music primarily), reporting, market monitoring, analysis, and more.   You daily duties will include: Monitoring & Summarizing : Track and compile insights from various tools, such as service visibility metrics, market trends, release calendars, and concert schedules. Track promotion results on DSP platforms and record them in the EMP tools. Information Gathering:  Collect key information and assets from label managers and prepare data for digital platforms (e.g. images for playlist covers, data for weekly track pitches, etc.) Content Preparation : Gather and create release details to craft communications tailored to specific music genres, pitch releases through the DSP’s pitching platforms. Analysis : Conduct case studies and analyze various campaigns  Reporting:  report and classify our EMP results, collect EMP results on local DSPs for key international releases flagged for CEE

Excellent knowledge of the current music market landscape and trends. Data driven: the ability to analyze and use data to optimize streams and release strategy A keen and creative interest in digital technologies and digital marketing opportunities. Organized, with the ability to work to deadlines and to work under pressure. The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The ability to work alone and be pro-active High level of verbal and written communication skills. Friendly nature and good interpersonal skills. A passionate, diligent self-starter. A genuine passion to work in the music industry.
