IN A NUTSHELL  In this role, you’ll own and scale best-in-class digital engagement on RedBull.com by leading global campaigns end-to-end, enabling local Red Bull markets to execute locally at a premium standard, feeding real-world insights into product and platform evolution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and safeguarding consistency, quality, and continuous improvement across all digital activations.    Global Digital Campaign Ownership & Excellence  In this role, you’ll take charge of the end-to-end delivery of global digital engagement projects on RedBull.com across Consumer Activation, Occasions, On-Premise, and Product Marketing. From brief through launch and optimization, you’ll shape and own global master engagements, keeping the can as the hero, designing for scalability and localization, and ensuring every execution upholds Red Bull’s premium brand standards.    Enablement, Scaling & Adoption  As the key partner to international markets, you’ll enable local Red Bull teams to apply the global RedBull.com strategy through their own lens. In this role, you’ll translate global direction into clear, actionable guidance, drive rollout and adoption of global masters, and work closely with markets to secure high-quality, on-brand, and consistent execution around the world.    Product & Platform Evolution  You’ll support the Senior Manager in continuously evolving the RedBull.com product and platform. You’ll bring in local market insights and recurring pain points from live projects, stress-test new solutions for scalability and real-world feasibility, and coordinate the implementation of product and platform enhancements within active campaigns.    Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration  Acting as a central connector across the Owned Team and the wider organization, you’ll bring stakeholders together to deliver cohesive outcomes. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Consumer Activation, Product Marketing, On-Premise, tech, data, and creative teams, aligning on objectives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless cross-functional execution of both campaigns and platform initiatives.    Governance, Standards & Knowledge Management  You’ll elevate and maintain digital activation standards on RedBull.com by developing clear guidance, playbooks, and best practices. You’ll ensure consistency and platform coherence across markets while fostering an innovative mindset, enabling knowledge sharing, and scaling successful approaches to continuously improve engagement capabilities. 

4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign activation, or global project management, with proven leadership of international campaign rollouts across multiple markets.  Strong project and stakeholder leadership skills, able to manage complexity and scale while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in multi-channel organizations.  Deep understanding of digital engagement mechanics and website activation, with the ability to translate strategic direction into structured, executable frameworks.  Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management, able to influence, align, and drive clarity across diverse seniority levels and regions - fluency in English.  Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability, using data and insights to optimize campaigns and inform decisions.  Experience supporting platform or product development initiatives is a plus, combined with a strong passion for the Red Bull brand and premium digital experiences. 

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
