CNC Machine Operator / Part Changer

WorkPower is looking for a CNC Machine Operator (Part Changer) for our client company for a long-term employment relationship. The position is full-time and performed in a three-shift system (continuous or regular three shifts). The employment begins as a fixed-term staffing contract, with the goal and intention of transferring to the client company's direct employment later on.
The role focuses on part changing and measurement. Programming skills are not required.
Job ResponsibilitiesOperating CNC machining centers
Changing parts and basic machine operation
Measuring components and ensuring quality
Careful and independent use of measuring instruments
Possibility to operate two adjacent machines
We expect from youA few years of experience in CNC machining and relevant vocational education
Experience working as a CNC part changer
Good command of measuring tools
A precise and responsible working approach
Willingness to work in a three-shift system
Excellent English language skills are required

Salary and Working Hours
Salary is based on skills and experience. For entry-level employees, pay starts from €15/hour, and for independent operators, at least €16/hour. Multi-machine bonuses are in use. Working hours are 40 hours per week, and accrued time-off days are compensated when taken.
