STRATEGY & PLANNING SUPPORT You’ll support shaping the overall strategy and annual roadmap for collaborations and capsule drops, helping ensure a clear direction for future initiatives. You’ll also help translate strategic priorities into concrete plans and guardrails, defining when and how merchandising should support the brand’s cultural and strategic objectives. PARTNER & COLLABORATION COORDINATION You’ll assist in identifying, assessing, and recommending partners such as brands, artists, and communities that enhance cultural credibility and align with brand values. You’ll coordinate partner conversations, internal alignments, and approval processes together with Partnerships and legal and licensing stakeholders. Throughout each collaboration, you’ll also support relationship management to ensure smooth coordination across the full lifecycle of the partnership. CONCEPT & STORYTELLING SUPPORT You’ll contribute to the development of clear concepts and narratives for each capsule. You’ll prepare and align briefs for internal creative teams and external designers on product direction, visual identity, and storytelling. You’ll also help ensure that all outputs feel culturally authentic and avoid generic branded merchandise. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & EXECUTION COORDINATION You’ll support the creation and maintenance of project plans for each drop, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and responsibilities. You’ll coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across design, product development, production, licensing, approvals, and distribution planning to help ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. CROSS‑FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT & COMMUNICATION You’ll act as the day-to-day coordination point between stakeholders. You’ll organize regular check-ins, share updates, and clarify next steps to keep projects aligned and moving. You’ll also support representing merchandising collaborations in broader brand and planning forums by preparing overviews, summaries, and materials. LAUNCH SUPPORT, COMMUNITY CONNECTION & PERFORMANCE TRACKING You’ll assist Marketing and Communications in co-creating launch and drop strategies. You’ll help ensure collaborations connect meaningfully with key scenes, communities, and youth culture by gathering insights and feedback. You’ll also track KPIs, support post-launch evaluations, and contribute to the ongoing best practice playbook to optimize future collaborations.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field and/or 2–3 years of experience in project or product management Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages are beneficial Team player, creative, self-motivated, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills Deep understanding of youth culture, streetwear, fashion, or related cultural scenes, with the ability to translate insights into product and storytelling concepts Experience in merchandising, brand collaborations, or project management within agencies, brands, or labels Strong project management skills, able to structure, prioritize, and drive multiple collaborations in parallel while clarifying ownership and alignment across teams

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.362 gross per month.
