. This pivotal role is your opportunity to drive large-scale, long-term national health system reform. Leverage your deep policy expertise and strategic agility to proactively influence legislation, align diverse stakeholders, and ensure sustainable access to cutting-edge healthcare for patients.
As the strategic analyst and implementation expert, you will report to the Government & External Affairs Lead. Your core mission is to shape a resilient market environment by addressing systemic healthcare challenges and championing policy changes that directly support our organization's strategic vision—both current and future.
Key Accountabilities
Policy and Legislative Foresight:
Conduct advanced Legislative Monitoring and Policy Analysis to deliver strategic intelligence, mitigate risks, and uncover opportunities for healthcare innovation.
National Advocacy:
Design and execute high-impact advocacy initiatives, including the development of compelling narratives, position papers, and white papers to advance our National Policy Shaping strategy.
Stakeholder Ecosystem Collaboration:
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with critical external stakeholders—policymakers, thought leaders, payers, and academic institutions—to build evidence and co-create solutions that generate mutual value for patient care and system efficiency.
Integrated Strategy Execution:
Collaborate seamlessly with the Commercialization Community to ensure a unified "OneRoche" approach in all external engagements and communications.
Candidate Profile
Education and Professional Experience
Education:
Master’s degree (required) in Business, Economy, Health Economics, Medicine, Pharmacy, or an equivalent academic background in Life Sciences.
