Treasurer Front Office
The Treasurer Front Office role is responsible for managing internal and external treasury reporting to headquarters and banking partners. The position ensures efficient cash flow monitoring, banking relationships, and debt administration while supporting management reporting and treasury KPIs. The role also focuses on maintaining accurate financial information, improving processes, and ensuring that treasury operations are performed in an efficient, automated, and compliant manner.
The position is a temporary assignment with a duration of 12 months.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with banks, coordinate meetings, and handle transaction-related inquiries
- Provide financial reports to banks, including P&L and other required documentation
- Monitor and forecast cash flow, including tracking daily cash positions
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly cash flow reports and monthly fund balance reporting
- Submit HFM reports and support treasury reporting to the Accounting team
- Support management presentations, business reviews, and follow up on treasury KPIs
- Manage debt administration, including loan drawdowns, interest tracking, repayments, and loan documentation
- Oversee cash management activities, including cash pool management, KYC coordination with banks, and support treasury projects such as expansion into new markets
- What you should have
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Controlling, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Treasury (experience in accounting or reporting is a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of SAP
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience with process improvement is an advantage
