Your Future Team
As the Project Manager for the Data Platform, you will be part of the Data Management & Data Analysis team. Our team belongs to the Diagnostics & Data Management (DDM) area within Axis R&D. DDM develops infrastructure for anonymized data collection, a data platform for data storage and visualization, and performs advanced data analysis, among other things. With a strong focus on learning, we share knowledge both within our team and outside data users. Our strong sense of collaboration enables us to tackle complex problems that span multiple knowledge domains.
This is a strategically prioritized area for Axis with significant growth potential. We operate in a growing market where it's crucial to choose the right strategy, be innovative, and make fact-based decisions at all levels. Therefore, we actively work to collect, validate, and use data from products in the field - all to improve our products and services in close collaboration with teams across R&D and product management.
Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager, you will lead the Data Management team, shape ways of working, and deliver projects together with them. You will plan the team's roadmap at a strategic level and make it practically achievable on an implementation level. You will lead the development of the data platform forward to enhance its offerings, accessibility, and user-friendliness. You will set clear, challenging, and realistic goals with the team, to inspire and motivate them.
