AFRY is expanding its Grid Integration business within the T&D Segment in Sweden and is looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to drive growth and delivery in one of the most important segments of the energy transition. In this key role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop the business, build strategic customer relationships, and lead complex solution-oriented projects that support the modernization of Sweden’s power grid.

You will be part of a highly experienced team of specialists in substations, distribution networks, and advanced power system technologies like FACTS, HVDC, BESS and RES Integration, working together to deliver impactful solutions for utilities and industry.

About the Role

You will hold a combined commercial and operational responsibility, driving both business development and project delivery. The role involves building and developing the sales pipeline while overseeing a portfolio of projects to ensure high quality delivery and strong financial performance. A key focus is solution-based sales, where AFRY combines advisory, engineering, and project capabilities to help customers solve complex grid challenges.

You collaborate closely with technical experts across several key areas of power system development, including substations, distribution networks, power system studies, protection and control, BESS, FACTS and HVDC technologies, as well as grid modernization initiatives. Together, these capabilities enable AFRY to deliver integrated and future-ready solutions that support the ongoing transformation of the power grid.
