About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Manager & Team Manager who is passionate about building products that matter and developing the people behind them. This hybrid role combines product ownership with leadership of a team of Product Managers. This is a great opportunity for a Product Manager who wants to grow, or further develop, into a leadership path without losing sight of product impact. You’ll help shape both what we build and how our people grow, contributing directly to our products, culture, and organization.
What You’ll Do
Product Leadership
Set the vision and strategy for your product area.
Lead discovery and delivery with your Product Trio and crossfunctional teams.
Use customer insights and data to define impactful solutions.
Set success metrics and ensure measurable outcomes.
Align stakeholders across commercial, technical, and customer-facing teams.
Lead through influence and champion modern product practices.
People Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop your team with focus on wellbeing, engagement, and performance.
Drive performance management processes, goal setting, and continuous feedback.
Build an inclusive, trustbased culture with psychological safety and collaboration at its core.
Communicate clearly and ensure alignment across the organization.
This role requires strong communication and trust building, as you will often lead teams that you interact with remotely rather than in person day to day.
