Assignment Overview
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Engineer – Flow Optimization & Improvement Work
What You Will Work On
Optimize end-to-end logistics flows from supplier to point of use.
Prepare and coordinate takt time, process changes, and product changes.
Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct technical and logistics analyses, including frequency studies.
Develop standardized work instructions (SOPs).
Implement changes in internal and external logistics flows.
Restructure logistics setups when required.
Lead logistics-related projects independently.
Coach and support junior colleagues.
Handle complex logistics and operational challenges with limited supervision.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics engineering or supply chain optimization.
Strong experience in end-to-end logistics flow analysis.
Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to conduct structured technical and logistics analyses.
Experience creating and implementing SOPs.
Strong project management capability.
Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
Experience coaching junior team members.
