As a Junior Software Engineer, you'll contribute to building innovative tools, streamlining workflows, and developing scalable solutions that make work feel effortless. You'll collaborate closely with experienced engineers, IT, and business stakeholders to support and improve automation systems that empower our people to do their best work. This role is designed for early-career engineers who are eager to grow, learn modern technologies, and gain hands-on experience building real production systems in a global tech company. What You'll Be DoingContribute to designing, building, and maintaining applications that support the employee lifecycle. Support the development and evolution of our proprietary automation engine and internal full-stack applications. Work closely with senior engineers to implement new features and improve existing systems while learning engineering best practices.
