<p>Are You Siili’s New Team Lead in AI-Powered Software Development? 🦔</p><p>We are looking for a visionary <strong>Team Lead, AI-Powered Software Development</strong> to join our Technology Community. Your home base will be our headquarters in Helsinki.</p><p>This role combines two defining elements of modern software development: human-centered leadership of experienced professionals and technology consulting in a world where AI-powered tools, agents, and autonomous workflows are reshaping how software is built.</p><p>At Siili, AI-powered development is not a side experiment - it is becoming a core capability. We are now looking for someone to lead this evolution.</p><h5>What will you be working on?</h5><p><br>You will lead a team of approximately ten software professionals. While people leadership is central to your role, your technical focus will strongly center on AI-powered and agentic development practices.</p><p>You won’t be observing from the sidelines - you will actively shape how we utilize tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Antigravity, and other LLM-based development environments in our daily work and client deliveries.</p><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Lead and support your team’s professional growth and performance.</p></li><li><p>Act as an architectural sparring partner in AI-powered and agentic software solutions.</p></li><li><p>Get your hands dirty in agentic software development</p></li><li><p>Drive best practices in AI-assisted development across projects.</p></li><li><p>Participate in client engagements where AI-enhanced development is embedded into delivery models.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the evolution of Siili’s AI-powered software development capabilities and community.</p></li></ul><h5>What we expect from you 💥</h5><p><br>You succeed in this role by combining strong technical credibility with modern, human leadership.</p><ul><li><p>Solid background in fullstack software development.</p></li><li><p>Strong hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar LLM-based environments).</p></li><li><p>Genuine curiosity about how AI agents and autonomous workflows are transforming engineering practices.</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading people: you understand that high-performing teams are built on trust, clarity, and psychological safety.</p></li><li><p>Ability to explain the business value of AI-powered solutions to clients in a clear and consultative manner.</p></li><li><p>Fluency in both Finnish and English.</p></li></ul><h5>What we offer</h5><ul><li><p>A technically strong and collaborative community: You’ll work alongside experienced data professionals who support each other, share insights, and aim for excellence in everything we do.
