We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our Finance team. Siili is at the forefront of AI-powered digital development, and our Finance team plays a real role in supporting that growth. This is a hands-on role where you will take real ownership of day-to-day accounting across our standalone entities, working alongside experienced colleagues who will support you every step of the way. You won't be thrown in the deep end alone. We'll build on what you already know and give you the space to develop into a strong finance professional. What You'll Do<ul><li>Take day-to-day responsibility for general ledger accounting across four standalone entities in close collaboration with our external accounting partner</li><li>Ensure correct revenue and cost recognition in line with Finnish accounting standards</li><li>Manage accounts payable, including purchase invoice processing and expense management</li><li>Handle accounts receivable and support timely and accurate revenue collection</li><li>Act as a finance contact for internal stakeholders, including HR, operations and project managers, supporting them in revenue, invoicing and accounts payable matters</li><li>Contribute broadly to monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reporting routines and audits</li><li>Participate in finance process improvement and automation initiatives, including AI-related development projects</li></ul> What We're Looking For<ul><li>Around 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, financial controlling, or auditing</li><li>A “let’s make it happen” mindset. You take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and get things done.</li><li>Solid understanding of Finnish accounting principles. A background in accounting or financial studies is a clear advantage. Basic understanding of IFRS is appreciated.</li><li>Hands-on and detail-oriented: you take ownership of your tasks and follow through</li><li>Good technical skills and comfort working with financial systems. Experience with NetSuite is a plus.</li><li>A growth mindset.
