We deliver solutions that scale and create value for our clients.<br><br>As a Senior AI Engineer, you will play a leading role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that help organizations transform how they use data. You'll work as part of our Data & AI community, alongside data scientists, data engineers, and data architects – bringing deep expertise in true AI engineering: making models work in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. In addition to hands-on technical work, you will mentor peers, shape technical direction, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.</p><p></p><p><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions, from prototyping to production deployment.</p></li><li><p>Architect and build LLM-powered applications and agentic systems integrated into real business processes and systems.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to turn models into robust, scalable products.</p></li><li><p>Apply and champion MLOps practices to ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Work with modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and open-source AI frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Stay ahead of the fast-evolving AI landscape and bring that insight into client projects and internal capability building.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>What we're looking for</strong><br><br>We are looking for a seasoned Senior AI Engineer who has built and led real AI solutions – beyond using APIs or experimenting with models.
