The exact start and duration of the summer trainee period will be agreed separately.</span></p><p><span>As a trainee in Kempower’s Cabinets &amp; Satellites team, you will contribute to engineering projects and/or different development tasks with the support from experienced colleagues in one of the leading EV charging manufacturers.</span></p><p><span><strong>YOUR EVERYDAY WORK CAN CONTAIN E.G. THE FOLLOWING TASKS:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Participate in ongoing engineering projects</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the team with documentation and analysis tasks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help with engineering process and/or tool development tasks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with colleagues across different teams</span></p></li></ul><div><p><span>The position is located in Lahti. Majority of the work is expected to be done on-site, but occasional remote work can be discussed. </span></p><p><span><strong>WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED IN THIS TRAINEE POSITION?</strong></span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ongoing university or university of applied sciences studies in a relevant field</span></p></li><li><p><span>At least two years of completed studies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of Solidworks and/or Teamcenter</span></p></li><li><p><span>Motivation to learn and courage to contribute actively</span></p></li><li><p><span>A proactive mindset and strong collaboration skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Previous experience in a technical field is seen as an advantage.</span><br><br><span>As our official company language is English, we expect you to have good English skills. <br></span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span><strong>WHY KEMPOWER?</strong></span></p><p><span>We believe in integrity.
