<p><br><strong>The opportunity</strong></p><p>We're currently looking for a Key Account Manager. Someone to join our&nbsp;Austrian&nbsp;Sales team in order to drive growth and manage relationships with our customers. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. And someone who doesn't mind the occasional bit of sustainable travel in the service of a cleaner form of electric performance.</p><p>As a key member of the Austrian&nbsp;Sales team, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new fleet customers and supporting existing ones across Austria.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>The responsibilities</strong></p><p>In this role, you'll be expected to drive fleet sales and maintain strong customer relationships. Working as a member of&nbsp;the Sales&nbsp;team, you'll be instrumental in achieving our fleet targets and ensuring customer satisfaction and elaborating and implement tactical strategies in the fleet relevant topics.&nbsp;See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas you'll be responsible for:</p><ul><li><p>Drive volume growth across fleet, and corporate channels</p></li><li><p>Develope and execute annual account business plans</p></li><li><p>Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key decisions-makers</p></li><li><p>Idenfity new business opportunities within assigned accounts</p></li><li><p>Ensure forecasting accuracy and pipeline transparency</p></li><li><p>Provide structured reporting to senior mangement</p></li><li><p>Manage a database of records using Salesforce</p></li></ul><p><strong>The ideal candidate</strong></p><p>In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. A high degree of customer orientation, a mindset for continuous improvement, and the ability to communicate effectively at different levels are also essential, as well as being detail-oriented with good analytical skills.</p><p>In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Degree in business administration or a related field</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5+ years of practical experience in a similar position (EV Automotive experience is a plus)</p></li><li><p>Excellent German and fluent Business English in writing and spoken</p></li><li><p>Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)</p></li></ul><p>Polestar is an international company, with various nationalities represented.
