The role sits within our finance team, with responsibility for accounting across our Nordic entities and contributing to the group’s monthly reporting.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><span>Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice receipt, coding, AP system management, liaising with external accounting firms.</span><br><br><span>Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments in line with payment terms and internal controls.</span><br><br><span>Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies and queries.</span><br><br><span>Support month-end and year-end close, including AP accruals and reconciliations.</span></p><div><p><span>Assist with tax and statutory requirements related to AP (e.g. VAT, withholding tax where applicable).</span></p></div><div><p><br><span>Collaborate with procurement, finance, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.</span></p></div><div><p><br><span>Contribute to process improvements, automation, and system enhancements within financial operations.</span></p></div><div><p><br><span>Ad hoc, such as support billing and customer queries, as well as audits by preparing documentation and reports.</span><strong><br></strong></p></div><p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p><p>A detail‑oriented finance professional with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Brings a solid understanding of accounting principles, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Finance &amp; Operations) is an advantage. Fluent in English, with Scandinavian language skills considered a plus.
