Data Product Managers are the first point of contact for internal users to understand their problems and liaise with Analytics Engineering and Data Science to frame, build and maintain data products (raw data, aggregated data, dashboards/tools, data exports to other tools) that will address them
We are seeking a Platform Product Manager specialized in Data and AI Platform to join the team. As a platform team, we develop the tools and services that enable product teams, data scientists, data engineers to build AI products. It includes the following platform solutions: ingest and export data, build data products, access and explore data and train, evaluate and serve AI.
As a Platform PM, your mission is to define, prioritize initiatives and maintain the data and AI platform to maximize value for Doctolib and its users, and ensure their scalability.

As a Platform PM, one of your key responsibilities will be to contribute to the vision, build the strategy to achieve the vision, monitor the platform capabilities with the right metrics and work with the engineering team to set the priorities and deliver the initiatives to achieve the vision.
The main missions of the team include:
Allow users to discover data products and their lineage
Develop and improve the framework that allow to manage access to data
Develop and implement the tools that enable users to explore the data (through low-code or LLM-based tools), perform their analysis, build and consult reporting
Provide the necessary environments that allow developers to build their data or AI products before deploying in production
Responsibilities
- Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the data platform vision and roadmap by implementing a product approach to optimize impact and scalability of each component and service
- Collaborate with data governance on institutionalizing strong data governance policy for data management
- Define and prioritize solutions by leading OKRs definition for your team and working with platform engineers to define a roadmap that will achieve the product vision
- Contribute to short and mid-term prioritization, consulting with users and platform engineers, and find the right resources to improve platform components
- Communicate with users and cross-functional teams to ensure that everyone is aligned on the platform vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Understand users' problems and make sure products deliver expected impact by continuously connecting with users and evaluating the data and AI platform
- Lead discovery, scoping, explorations and work closely with stakeholders and data teams to ensure that initiatives deliver the expected impact
- Drive data platform adoption working closely with data teams and end-users

- Have at least 8 years of experience in Data/AI Platforms or Platform Product Management
- Have a strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, and visualization technologies
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with high focus on impact
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development lifecycles
- Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
