As People Business Partner for the Technology organization, you act as a strategic advisor to Engineering and Product leadership. Your mission is to strengthen organizational capability and ensure long-term retention of critical skills.

You will focus on workforce planning, structured career development, succession planning, and leadership enablement to support business growth and product delivery objectives.

What you’ll do:

Workforce planning & Organizational Efficiency

Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to anticipate hiring and capability needs

Identify critical roles and succession gaps

Support organizational design and role clarity initiatives

Ensure compensation fairness in collaboration with the Total Rewards team

Career Development & Talent Growth

Design and implement structured career paths for Engineering & Product teams

Develop internal mobility pathways for employees transitioning into Tech roles

Coach managers on performance management, feedback quality, and development planning

Provide coaching to employees on career progression and development plans

Retention & Engagement

Use attrition and engagement data to recommend corrective actions

Develop proactive retention plans for key contributors and high potentials

Partner with managers and Employee experience teams to design initiatives strengthening team cohesion

Define recurring engagement initiatives aligned with Tech team dynamics

Leadership Partnership & Operational Support

Act as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Product leaders

Support managers in navigating team dynamics and performance challenges

Serve as liaison between employees and HR Operations for administrative matters

Work on cross-functional People projects

Profile

Experience in People Business Partnering within fast-paced or technology-driven environments

Trusted advisor with the ability to influence, challenge, and guide stakeholders constructively

Data-driven thinker, committed to turning HR data into strategic insights

Structured, proactive, and comfortable operating in matrix organizations
