Senior Analyst

Demand Planning

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and
  • optimize
  • demand planning systems to produce high‑quality forecasts using established processes.
  • Collect and analyze demand inputs such as distribution changes, pricing, new product launches, discontinuations, and promotional plans.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to evaluate advertising and promotional activities, including expected uplift, cannibalization, and risks/opportunities.
  • Support cross‑functional projects including new product launches, transitions, and pipeline volumes.
  • Provide clear,
  • timely
  • demand forecasts with documented assumptions, confidence levels, risks, and opportunities.
  • Conduct forecast error and bias analysis,
  • identifying
  • root causes and aligning cross‑functional teams to fill gaps.
  • Monitor key process metrics, performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the demand planning process.

Requirements

  • You’ll
  • Bring
  • Minimum
  • 2 years of experience
  • in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related business roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with demand planning systems and forecasting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in S&OP or cross‑functional planning processes.
  • Proficiency
  • in Microsoft Excel; good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and/or Access.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Preferred Skills & Competencies
  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in the
  • FMCG industry
  • .
  • Knowledge of SAP and S&OP processes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Strong data analysis skills linked to business KPIs and performance management.
  • Understanding of
  • finance, marketing, sales processes, and customer dynamics.
