About this role

What will you do?

You’ll tackle complex issues and malfunctions in electrical and control systems on board superyachts, offshore vessels, or transport ships. With your technical expertise, you get systems running smoothly again – with a safe, thoughtful, and solution-focused approach.

Your responsibilities:

Identifying and resolving electrical faults

Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on installations

Carrying out measurements and inspecting systems

Reporting on progress and completed work

Communicating with clients about system status and next steps

Who are you?

You’re a hands-on professional with a keen eye for quality. You’re passionate about technology, solution-oriented, and confident in dealing with clients and working onboard.

What you bring:

An MBO qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field

Experience with electrical systems in a maritime environment

Strong communication skills (Dutch and English)

Willingness to travel

A proactive and team-oriented mindset
