As a Destination Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping WeRoad’s growth by building and managing strong relationships with the best suppliers around the world. You’ll be responsible for <strong>sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and developing itineraries</strong>, ensuring a balanced and high-quality destination portfolio. You’ll also oversee our <strong>partner network and external marketplace contributors</strong>, ensuring that every WeRoad experience meets our standards and delivers unforgettable adventures to our travelers.</p><p><br><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Destination and partner management</strong>:</p><ul><li><p>You will be responsible for defining the optimal product mix for the destinations assigned to you. This includes determining the right number of itineraries to maximize conversion rates, developing a compelling product offering, and managing supply and inventory across a wide portfolio of partners - including DMCs, direct contracts, external travel producers.</p></li><li><p>Manage a portfolio of existing and new partners and be responsible for contracting within your destinations, securing the best terms, rates and inventory. Using your strong negotiation skills, you’ll be responsible for working to improve WeRoad product margins, and, together with Sales Managers, be accountable for commercial performance.</p></li><li><p>You will identify opportunities to maximize performance of each partner by monitoring results and proposing changes and improvements.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be responsible for sourcing new partnerships, with the most creative, and professional suppliers in the industry.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be skilled at quickly building rapport, and able to accurately assess a partners’ standards, leading to a strong pipeline to support the future success of WeRoad.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be responsible for delivering top quality itineraries and implementing improvements with your team to ensure customer experience is paramount and WeRoad is a provider of world-leading experiences.</p></li><li><p>You’ll be accountable for reporting on product quality KPIs.</p></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><p><strong>Operations Management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will work with the rest of the WeRoad team to proactively solve problems on live tour operations, ensuring high quality of customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Be a part of our crisis management team, and support our emergency process.</p></li><li><p>You’ll work closely with the team to develop a strong crisis management procedure, and with partners to continuously improve and train on the processes.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><p>+3 years of experience as a product manager/buyer (preferably in the Tour Operator/Travel environment), with experience in Southern Europe area.&l
