It is highly hands-on and execution-focused, requiring deep technical involvement, architectural ownership, and direct contribution to system design, development, and delivery.</span></p><p>You’ll work across the stack with your team, on anything from our APIs to web interfaces to internal tools.</p><p>You’ll be contributing to the design of new features, the architecture, and the performance of our website.</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Support the PMs, EM and the team and in developing front-end and backend solutions (end user-facing and administrative user-facing) according to UX/UI designs, guaranteeing quality and scalability</p></li><li><p>Help the team identify front-end and back-end architectural solutions based on business logic and requirements, managing the <strong>Technical Complexity</strong></p></li><li><p>Help us maximize the user experience and quality of our product (you’ll work on our coolest website and CMS)</p></li><li><p><strong>Communicate</strong> and Collaborate with the Leadership Team, leveraging your <strong>Network</strong> to maximize the team <strong>Impact</strong><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the table:</strong><br></p><ul><li><p>You have <strong>proven experience in autonomously managing and delivering projects</strong>, stakeholders and other team members to guarantee cooperation, communication and alignment.</p></li><li><p>You are fully <strong>autonomous</strong> in managing project requirements, implementation and delivery of backend/frontend solutions</p></li><li><p>You have an <strong>outcome </strong>and <strong>product</strong> driven mindset in your solution</p></li><li><p>You have experience in tech leadership, know when to delegate, when to manage, and when to lead</p></li><li><p>You have experience in delivery management and Agile practices</p></li><li><p>You have experience in working with Product and Design on finding optimal solut
