<p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Talent Partner</strong> to help scale ReOrbit’s global team and support the growth of our next-generation satellite technology organization.</p><p>In this role, you will act as a strategic hiring partner to leadership, driving recruitment for highly specialized engineering and mission-critical roles across the space ecosystem. Beyond executing searches, you will influence hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent market positioning as the company continues to grow internationally.</p><p>This is an opportunity to play a key role in building the teams behind cutting-edge space infrastructure.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and leadership, advising on hiring strategy, talent availability and market insights</p></li><li><p>Own end to end recruitment for complex and senior technical roles across engineering, software and deep tech domains</p></li><li><p>Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche talent pools across the global space and aerospace ecosystem</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong pipelines of senior technical talent across Europe and other global space hubs</p></li><li><p>Partner with leadership on workforce planning, hiring forecasts and recruitment priorities</p></li><li><p>Drive structured and efficient hiring processes, ensuring strong candidate experience and data-driven decision making</p></li><li><p>Support the development of recruiting best practices and mentor other recruiters where needed</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with employer branding and leadership to position ReOrbit within the global new-space talent market</p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>10+ years of in house recruitment experience</p></li><li><p>Proven experience hiring within the space industry (satellite, aerospace or related space technology domains)</p></li><li><p>Strong track record of recruiting highly specialized engineering profiles (e.g. satellite systems, flight software, embedded, RF, avionics, propulsion)</p></li><li><p>Experience acting as a strategic talent partner to senior stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated success building global pipelines for niche technical talent</p></li><li><p>Experience in high growth startups or scale ups is a strong plus</p></li><li><p>Fluent English required</p></li></ul><p><strong>Remote work within the EU is possible.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>What does ReOrbit do?</strong></p><p>ReOrbit builds the foundation for the next generation of space applications by transforming satellites into truly intelligent, interconnected platforms, defined by software.
