We're looking for people who work confidently across all of these, though you don't need to be a master of everything. Our client projects span different industries, because software engineering fundamentals are the same whether you're moving packages, money, or people.</p><p dir="ltr">You need to be fluent in AI Native software development so you can help teams adopt practices that demonstrably increase their productivity. Interest in AI is expected, and we value down-to-earth pragmatism in how you apply it. Results today matter more to us than promises of future revolutions.</p><p dir="ltr">Consulting for us means shipping and helping teams get the ball rolling when they're stuck. You propose solutions, and write the code to prove they work. You will be working as part of our client teams and can also lead Wunderdog's entry into new clients. You build trust through your work.
