Job Description Summary

Responsibilities

  • Set the national Cardio sales strategy and translate it into clear priorities for Field Line Managers.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders to build a high‑performing, accountable, and engaged field organization.
  • Own and deliver agreed sales targets for the Cardio portfolio, ensuring sustainable business growth.
  • Design and execute a customer‑centric national business plan with cross‑functional partners.
  • Optimize customer experience by aligning field execution with marketing, medical, and access strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance, including reporting technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours.
  • Model ethical leadership and ensure compliant management of promotional materials and samples.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving pharmaceutical market and customer engagement models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change, coach leaders, and build high‑performing commercial teams.
  • Solid commercial and financial acumen to drive sales performance and business growth.
  • High ethical standards with strong commitment to compliance and professional integrity.
  • Advanced communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
  • Desirable Requirements
  • Experience leading cardiovascular or specialty care portfolios at a national level.
  • Prior involvement in pre‑launch or launch excellence initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.
