We engage with customers at every stage, combining our technical curiosity with business insight to drive meaningful conversations. If you have a strong background in technology, a mindset of continuous learning, and a passion for customer engagement, this role is for you.
What You’ll be doing:
Support customers throughout the sales journey (discovery, validation, proposal, due diligence), demonstrating the value of Auth0 through live demos and presentations.
Communicate directly with developers, product managers, and occasionally senior executives across various industries.
Partner with the sales team as the go-to technical counterpart, enabling customers to validate the value and potential of the Auth0 platform.
Focus on Customer Identity (CIAM) and showcase how Okta fits into a customer’s existing architectures and use cases.
Design and execute well-defined, outcome-driven Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Develop a growing understanding of the Okta product suite, technologies, and protocols.
Stay curious, and continuously grow your knowledge in identity, security, and emerging technologies.
Occasionally, participate in local and regional events, representing Okta as both a speaker and an attendee.
What we’re looking for:
A passion for helping customers.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences - even on the fly on a whiteboard.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
Interest in Identity and Access Management, cloud technologies, and security concepts.
Some familiarity with modern development environments or programming concepts.
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn technical topics on the job.

Understanding of identity-related cybersecurity topics (e.g., phishing, MFA bypass attacks, privilege escalation).
Hands-on software development experience.
Fluency in an additional European language (Dutch, French, or German preferred).
