The team you’ll be joining
As a Senior Compensation Lead, you will join a dynamic team of 4 people (3 permanent contracts + 1 apprentice), led by the Global C&B Director, within the People department.
In this strategic role, you will be the compensation expert and trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving the evolution and sophistication of our compensation strategy across Europe.
What you’ll do
You'll be the go-to compensation expert, leading high-impact compensation initiatives that directly shape our ability to attract, retain and reward top talent in a competitive and fast-evolving market.
This is a high-impact role where you'll own end-to-end strategic compensation projects, from conception to executive approval, directly influencing business decisions at the highest level with your deep expertise.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Compensation Business Partner - Act as the dedicated senior compensation advisor for several clusters (e.g., Tech/Product/Corporate Services). Own compensation review end-to-end, design compensation solutions for strategic populations, and partner with HRBPs and leadership on complex matters (sales compensation schemes, executive packages, retention strategies, etc.).
Compensation strategy & frameworks - Drive the evolution of our compensation philosophy and job architecture. Lead strategic projects such as salary transparency implementation, job leveling framework revamp, salary bands management and optimization, and equity program design.
Scale & Process excellence - Design scalable compensation processes and policies to support our international expansion. Ensure we have the right frameworks, governance, and tools to manage compensation efficiently as we grow across Europe and potentially open new countries.
Change management & Innovation - Act as a thought leader on compensation topics, bring innovative solutions to complex challenges, and lead change initiatives (e.g., implementing salary transparency by cluster, evolving our approach to equity compensation).
