Responsibilities

  • We are looking for high-caliber Sales Professionals to join our growing French team. Depending on your experience and track record, you will be aligned with either an Enterprise Hunter territory (focused on high-growth new logo acquisition) or a Strategic Accounts portfolio (focused on deep-rooted expansion and partnership within France’s largest organizations).
  • Whether you are an entrepreneurial hunter or a sophisticated strategic navigator, you will be the CEO of your territory, backed by a world-class technical and channel ecosystem.
  • What You’ll Do
  • Drive the GTM Strategy: Define and execute a plan for your territory, balancing rapid pipeline generation with long-term strategic account development.
  • Land & Expand: From securing the first "Land" in a Greenfield account to orchestrating multi-million dollar platform plays across global subsidiaries.
  • C-Level Engagement: Navigate complex buying cycles by articulating Rubrik’s impact on Cyber Resilience to CISOs, CIOs, and CFOs.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration: Lead a "win-as-a-team" approach, co-selling with top-tier partners, distributors, and internal specialist teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" of Rubrik in France, providing feedback to leadership on the local competitive landscape and emerging opportunities.
  • Experience You’ll Need
  • Proven Closing Excellence: 5+ years of experience in high-growth Tech Sales (SaaS, Cyber, or Infrastructure).
  • The "Hunter" DNA: A consistent track record of self-sourcing new logos and outperforming quotas in the French market.
  • Strategic Sophistication: Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($250k–$1M+ ARR) with long-term vision.
  • Channel Savvy: Deep experience leveraging the French partner ecosystem to scale reach.
  • Fluent Communication: Native-level French and professional English are essential for internal and external collaboration.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling complex enterprise solutions into IT decision-maker personas.
  • Expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
  • Existing relationships within the CAC 40 or SBF 120 landscapes.
  • A background in Cybersecurity or Data Management.
