This role sits at the center of that transformation.
As a Senior Account Executive for the UK & Ireland, you’ll own a high- potential territory and play a key role in expanding Mews across the region. You’ll work directly with hotel owners, operators, and leadership teams who are actively rethinking how their businesses run — helping them move away from outdated systems and adopt technology designed for modern hospitality.

1–2 times per month attending tradeshows or industry events
3–5 in-person meetings per month networking with prospects in territory
This role combines territory ownership, outbound prospecting, and in-person relationship building across the hospitality ecosystem.
Deal profile:
Typical deal size: €500–€600 MRR
Sales cycle: 30–45 days
Average deal value: ~€3,500 MRR
What you’ll own:
Full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle
Building and managing a pipeline of new hospitality prospects
Driving outbound prospecting and opportunity generation
Delivering 2+ high-impact product demos per day
Running discovery sessions and consultative sales conversations
Managing opportunities across multiple stakeholders including: General Managers; Owners; Finance leaders; Operations teams
Negotiating contracts and closing new logo customers
Forecasting pipeline and managing deal progression
Day-to-day expectations:
Own and manage your full sales pipeline
Generate 100+ outbound activities weekly
Run engaging product demonstrations with hotel decision-makers
Manage deals through a 30–45 day sales cycle
Continuously refine your territory strategy using data and insights
At least 50% of your closed deals will originate from outbound prospecting.

Consistently exceed quota targets
Build strong pipelines through proactive prospecting
Close high-quality net new customers
Become trusted advisors to hospitality operators evaluating modern technology
Execute account-based sales strategies across multiple stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for experienced SaaS sales professionals who thrive in high-ownership, outbound-focused roles.
You likely bring:
Clear evidence of strong performance in previous sales roles (consistent quota attainment or overperformance)
Strong outbound prospecting experience with measurable activity metrics
Experience selling net new business
Ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals
Experience with territory planning and building outbound strategies
Strong storytelling and value-based selling skills
