The Role (What’s in the Box)
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will lead new business growth for HelloFresh’s Retail Media offering across the Nordics (Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
This is a sales role in the advertising space, where you’ll focus on acquiring new advertisers and agency partners, while also growing and scaling partnerships with existing advertisers and agencies, selling our digital and physical media solutions, and driving long-term revenue.
You’ll play a key role in positioning HelloFresh as a strategic Retail Media partner for brands, while building a strong pipeline and closing high-impact deals.
What You’ll Do
Drive new business: Prospect, pitch, and close advertising deals with brands and media agencies across the Nordics
Build a strong pipeline: Own outbound activity and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
Sell Retail Media solutions: Position HelloFresh’s ad inventory (onsite, offsite, and physical) as part of clients’ media mix
Develop client relationships: Engage senior stakeholders and grow long-term partnerships
Create compelling proposals: Use data and insights to demonstrate ROI (ROAS, CPC, CPM)
Own revenue targets: Forecast accurately and track performance via CRM (HubSpot)
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Retail Media, Marketing, Partnerships, and global teams to deliver campaigns
What You Bring
Experience in sales, business development, or media/advertising (Retail Media, digital ads, media agencies, adtech, or e-commerce)
Proven ability to win new business and drive revenue growth
Strong understanding of advertising metrics and media planning
Experience working with FMCG/CPG brands or agencies is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive, hunter mindset
Strong communication skills in English
