ABOUT THE TEAM You will be joining our Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) team and into a value stream called Member Experience. The teams within Member Experience are focused on enabling and evolving our global platform's end-to-end user experiences to drive greater value, coherence and differentiation. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Product Manager in Member Experience, you will: Own a key product domain from conception to implementation and beyond. Drive the strategy, vision, and roadmap for your area through effective prioritisation and deep expertise, while collaborating closely with the Head of Product and leadership team. Contribute to the development of new customer-facing and internal platform products. Work on initiatives ranging from greenfield projects to refining existing solutions to achieve user value, strategic goals, and measurable business impact. Design solutions with a global mindset, considering the needs of an international user base (e.g. the UK, India, France Germany) across both mobile and web platforms. Collaborate with the foundational platform team to improve overall user and product experiences, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and priorities. Act as a cross-functional contributor: partner with Design, Engineering, Data Analysts, Product Marketing, and other product teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Drive product discovery efforts, working with Engineering and Design to identify opportunities, test concepts, and operationalise prototypes using both qualitative and quantitative insights. Act as a strong advocate for your product area by effectively communicating strategy and updates to teams and stakeholders across the business. Evangelise the voice of the customer to inspire teams and align stakeholders with the product vision, ensuring customer needs are at the core of decision-making. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers or team members, contributing to their growth and development as the team scales. Champion agile practices and contributing to improvements in product development processes and team collaboration.
