We are looking for a sales person that is purely customer oriented to offer them the fastest delivery in the market within 30-60 minutes using Wolt Drive which is delivery-as-a-service. You will have a chance to not only make restaurants life easier but also shape retail q-commerce with ultra fast deliveries for all of the segments: from flowershops to groceries and electronics offered directly from their e-commerce channel. What you’ll be doing Identifying potential partnerships and contacting restaurant and retail partners for Wolt Drive (delivery-as-a-service) and Wolt Storefron (Online-ordering) sales. Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships & executing given pipeline. Understanding venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms. Creating a strong communications loop alongside the Development Manager and other Teams in Wolt. Making sound business decisions by supporting intuition with data. Our humble expectations Solid experience from a previous sales role. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience. Strong analytical experience and specific knowledge of analytical dashboards - for example, Looker or Power BI. Structured, detailed and service-oriented. Fantastic communication skills; you should be comfortable speaking with a wide range of different customers and stakeholders and know how to adapt your approach accordingly. Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town. Experience from working with a SaaS sales or gastronomy business is a plus. Fluent in Polish, and English. Compensation & Benefits for Poland The total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is 8992 PLN - 12846 PLN gross per month. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This compensation is composed of split between base salary and variable pay. Eligible employees may earn variable compensation if they meet 100% of their performance targets. Actual earnings may be higher if targets are exceeded or lower if targets are not fully met.
