Responsibilities

  • Manage your own portfolio of high impact accounts by aligning with the company’s goals and develop financial/operational strategies for partner success
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication and meetings
  • Study the data and generate reports on KPIs using Looker and our internal data system
  • Determine the needs and wants of merchants, prioritize them by impact on the business, and work to co-create solutions
  • Strategically introduce new Wolt products to expand partnerships and increase revenue
  • Drive revenue growth and operational improvements with data-driven management
  • Re-negotiate terms and conditions with partners
  • Working closely together with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns that drive growth and partner performance
  • Use CRM to document your activities
  • Project management: Take ownership of additional projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and meet business objectives.
  • Willingness to travel 1- 2 times per quarter to manage and visit accounts outside Vienna
  • Solid account management experience from a high-paced environment (2+ years).
  • You cultivate extensive mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Strong analytical experience and specific knowledge of analytical dashboards - for example, Looker
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to the tone to suit the audience.

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex negotiations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence
  • Structured, detailed, tech-savvy and service-oriented.
  • High ownership, team spirit and ambition to go beyond the obvious.
  • Native-level German and fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, hospitality and/or marketing is a plus.

For Wolt, everything starts with restaurants. If there are no restaurants, there are no customers and if there are no customers, there are no couriers. Thus, restaurant operations are a crucial part of Wolt’s success in every city and country. Our restaurant operation is divided into three sections; acquisition, onboarding/support and long-term development (this is where you come into play!).
