As our new Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our portfolio of restaurants and helping our existing partners succeed on the Wolt platform. You’ll focus on building strong relationships, providing top tier client experience, and driving growth through data-driven insights and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. What you’ll be doing Business Development – Discover, map, persuade, and seal top-notch partnerships for Wolt, playing a pivotal role in expanding our business and securing profitable deals as a dedicated field sales specialist. Sales Growth & Performance – Drive and manage month-over-month sales growth of entrusted venues by improving performance through KPI measurement, detailed analysis, and frequent quality and satisfaction checks. Partner Growth – Drive the commercial growth of existing restaurant partners by delivering strategic, data-driven performance insights and top-tier consultation. Portfolio Management – Oversee a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring value creation across all stakeholders: partners, customers, couriers, and Wolt. Performance Optimization – Use data insights to identify opportunities for partners, propose tailored campaigns, and provide high-level consultation to boost results. Relationship Building – Act as the key contact for appointed accounts, maintaining strong communication, running regular business reviews, and supporting expansion opportunities. Team Well-being – Foster a positive, supportive work culture where people feel valued, engaged, and motivated to grow. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Ensure smooth communication across functions to align goals and optimize partner performance. Hands-On Approach – Contribute to building new structures and processes in a growing market, embracing the start-up mindset of rolling up your sleeves when needed. Our humble expectations Experience – strong commercial experience within business development, account development, field sales or related roles. Experience in FMCG, field sales, e-commerce, or marketplaces is a plus. Academic Background - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field is a plus. Analytical Thinking – A strategic mindset combined with strong numerical ability to interpret complex data sets and influence decisions at scale. Project Management – Skilled in stakeholder management and process implementation, with a structured approach to delivering impact. Communication – Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse stakeholders. Ownership – Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented with a high sense of responsibility and ambition. Collaboration – Team player with a service-oriented mindset and a “can-do” attitude. Languages – Fluent in both Greek and English. Driver license - This is a mandatory requirement.
